Tale Beer Cocktail: Hibiscus Hop Pop

Ingredients

• Tale Hibiscus (Floral Pale Ale)
• 15 ml Hibiscus Syrup
• 15 ml lime juice 
  
• 15 simple syrup / 10 ml honey 
  
• 25 ml Gin 

Instructions

1. Place ingredients (excluding the beer) in a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake until blended.
2. Strain into a martini glass
3. Top with Tale Hibiscus (Floral Pale Ale)
4. Garnish with hibiscus leaf and a hibiscus sugar powder
